When will my order ship?
We ship every Tuesday with a cutoff of 11:59pm CST on Saturday of the week prior.
When is the cutoff to order?
The cutoff is Saturday at 11:59pm CST for shipping the following week. Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will ship the following week, not the upcoming Tuesday.
There is an issue with my order. How do I get this fixed?
